Our team at EIT has upgraded it's processes in regards to the student interviewing. Previously we sent the agent a time that the interview would need to be conducted; often finding that the times weren't suitable for both the agent or the student.
Our technical team has now implemented a new system for agents, allowing them to book a time to their suiting. This increased flexibility should allow for greater automation of the booking process, reducing the amount of email correspondence required to identify a time.
You will be sent an email by our Student Services team; providing details of the upcoming interview.
You will be directed to the online booking platform. You can drag over a certain time that suits you.
Please note - any current bookings in green mean the time is unavailable. You will need to book the interview over the white cells.
A popup will appear, requesting information regarding the interview.
The time you have chosen is now booked. Please send a confirmation email regarding the time chosen to our Student Services officer. Please also ensure that the student attends the interview on time.
The Teamup link you recieve is unique to yourself. If you need to go back and reschedule your interview time, you can use that link again to move the booking.
